Description
TreeDis analyze phylogenetic trees with this tool, a C++ console software designed to find the patristic distances between all taxa in a phylogenetic tree. The input file is a treefile in New Hampshire (default) or Njtree file format. The output is a full patristic distance matrix (default) or an upper-right / lower-left matrix.
